Pocket Banker allows you to:
• Easily instant message your BOQ Banker and get notifications when they’ve replied, just like all your other chat apps
• Receive audio and video calls, giving you a direct line to your BOQ Banker
• Share, mark-up and comment on documents you have securely uploaded
• Share your screen when on a call to be able to show your Banker exactly what you are talking about
• Set reminders and to-do lists so you don’t forget important dates or documents
How to get started
1. Pocket Banker is currently available by invitation only, so ask your BOQ Banker if it’s available for you.
2. If it is, your Banker will send you a unique invitation link via email to enable you to set up an account.
3. Once you have an account setup, simply download the app, log-in and you’ll be connected straight to your Banker.
